The 22nd annual Conference on Critical Geography was hosted at the University of Kentucky this past October. In between sessions, conference participants had the opportunity to participate in a video booth project, titled Love Is.... Here, participants were asked to share their thoughts and opinions on the nature of love.

A&S Visit to China

The College of Arts and Sciences visited a number of Chinese universities during a two week visit in October. Those respresenting A&S included: Mark Kornbluh, A&S Dean; Tom Clayton, CESL Director; Kathi Kern, CELT Director; Jesse Hedge, A&S Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management and Decision Support; and Huajing Maske, Director of the UK Confucius Institute
