NS/CNU 782 is independent advanced work on a special problem in nutritional sciences. NS/CNU 782 Students will usually be involved in one of the following: a wet laboratory for nutritional sciences bench research, or a community outreach or nutrition education project.

This course was created for undergraduate nursing students pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. This seminar is designed to enhance the nursing curriculum for students interested in practicing in the primary care setting. Students will study concepts related to the role of the registered nurse in primary care and apply them to their clinical practice experiences.
