Dissertation Residency Credit

Residency credit for dissertation research after the qualifying examination. Students may register for this course in the semester of the qualifying examination. A minimum of two semesters are required as well as continuous enrollment (Fall and Spring) until the dissertation is completed and defended.

Introduction To Pharmaceutical Sciences

Introduction to Pharmaceutical Sciences is a course for all new graduate students in the Pharmaceutical Sciences program. The main objectives are 1) to facilitate lab rotations and 2) to introduce a set of 'scientific life skills' necessary for success in graduate level research. A series of lectures/discussions on these topics will be presented. The course will conclude with short presentations by the students, summarizing their first mentored research rotation.
