This course examines the economics of hemp production and its supply chains. The course first introduces the economics of hemp and the supply chains for its products including the production of grain, fiber, and essential oils in the United States and abroad. The course then examines the storage, transportation, processing, financial, regulatory, and consumer sectors of this developing industry.
