Test Anxiety Workshop

You’ve spent days preparing for this test. You’ve used the flashcards and re-read every chapter six times. You’ve re-written your notes twice. You’ve done everything you can to be prepared. But, you have a pit in your stomach, and you’re just sure that you won’t remember anything once you receive the test…

If this sounds like you, then consider attending a workshop on Test Anxiety on Tuesday and Wednesday (Oct. 1 & 2from 4:00 – 5:00 in White Hall Classroom Building 234. We will have a representative from the student counseling center to discuss test anxiety and some strategies of how to combat it.

All participants in this workshop will be entered in a drawing for a $20 gift certificate to the bookstore.
