Study of the principles and techniques of opera production through class presentation of scenes and complete works. May be repeated to a maximum of four credits.

The study and practice of production techniques through rehearsal and performance participation. May be repeated to a maximum of 4 credit hours (1 credit hour per semester).

The University's select band for performance of challenging literature in the wind repertoire. Laboratory, three hours per week. May be repeated to a maximum of six credits.
Students who have demonstrated the required ability are given an opportunity to study and perform standard orchestral literature. Laboratory, five hours per week. May be repeated to a maximum of six credits.
The course offers students the opportunity to learn and perform the best choral literature in the repertoire. Laboratory, three hours per week. May be repeated to a maximum of six credits.
