A minimum of two semesters are required as well as continuous enrollment (Fall and Spring) until the dissertation is completed and defended.

Teaching Plant Pathology

Discussion of, and experience with, various instructional techniques in plant pathology; effective preparation, presentation and evaluation of lectures and laboratories focusing on plant diseases; practical experience in lectures, teaching laboratories and/or mentoring undergraduate research projects. May be repeated to a maximum of four credits.

Techniques In Secondary Data Research

A successful pharmaceutical outcomes and policy researcher must have the ability to independently assess the literature in order to identify a clinically relevant research question, design a study that will address the question and analyze and present the results appropriately to the scientific community. This course will provide an introduction to the conduct of pharmaceutical outcomes and policy research through in-depth didactic and practical instruction on the development, design, and presentation of relevant research study. The course will have two components.
