Please note - removing your Copilot license will remove all Copilot features across all M365 apps. There is no way, at the moment, to only remove select features from Copilot (such as just removing from Word).
Steps:
1.
Open myUK
Go to your preferred browser, and open and sign into myUK.
2.
Open My Account
Click on your name at the top right, and open "My Account"
3.
Open My Access
Once in the "My Account" view, choose the option "My Access".
4.
Remove Copilot License
You should see either a Microsoft Copilot for Employees or a Microsoft Copilot for Students license. Click remove and confirm the removal.
Removal may take up to 24 hours to propagate to your account where you will actually see Copilot removed from your M365 applications.
