Hi everyone! My name is LeAnn Khong (she/her/hers), and I’m part of the College of Arts and Sciences Office of Academic Advising. I was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, and I’m a proud graduate of Frederick Douglass High School.

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University, and later completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Kentucky, along with a certificate in Trauma-Responsive Practice. Prior to joining Academic Advising, I worked with UK’s Student Support Services (SSS) office as a Learning Specialist/Program Advisor—you may recognize me from there!

Outside of work, I enjoy watching drama series, wrestling, reading, hammocking, and spending time with friends and family. I can’t wait to meet you!
