Ray Archer
Senior Lecturer

I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Texas Christian University in 1990 and my Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997.  I've taught classes in a variety of settings, including a small private high school, an International Baccalaureate program, the Governor's Scholars Program, a small private Women's college and larger universities.  I love teaching and am thrilled to be here at the University of Kentucky.  Outside of academics, I'm married with two teenage daughters (i.e., research subjects).  I enjoy cross-word puzzles, sudoku and participating in a variety of sports, including disc golf, golf, soccer and running.
