Environmental Sustainability and Studies, Minor in Philosophy

Hello! My name is Taylor Griffin, and I am a senior majoring in Environmental Sustainability and Studies with a minor in Philosophy on the Pre-Law track. I am from Jackson, Mississippi and after my undergraduate studies I plan on attending Law school. My career goal is to become an Environmental lawyer while also practicing in Civil Rights. 

In addition to being an Arts and Sciences Student Ambassador, I am a Senior Resident Advisor here at UK, and run a show called Greentalks and Environmentally Sound on WRFL. I am also a Ronald McDonald Family Room Volunteer, Co-Coordinator for Greenthumb, and the Director of Broadcasting for the Student Sustainability Council. 

In my free time, I love to watch movies and participate in many outlets of community service. I love hanging out with my friends and my sorority sisters. I chose UK because of the great community that it fosters, and I hope to be one who continues that sense of connection, support, and belonging for others!
