Andrew Phillips

Hello! My name is Andrew Phillips, and I am a junior from Birmingham, Alabama currently pursuing a B.S. in Neuroscience on the Pre-Med track. I am involved in research through UKCOM's Department of Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, a member of Phi Delta Epsilon and Reformed University Fellowship (RUF), a volunteer at the Carnegie Center for Literacy and Bluegrass Care Navigators, and work for the Lewis Honors College. Outside of school, I enjoy playing piano, reading, and playing all kinds of sports. 

Since coming to UK, I've fallen in love with the city of Lexington and all it has to offer, particularly UK's healthcare presence and the endless opportunities available for students, from research to shadowing and clinical work. I am glad to have chosen a major within the College of Arts and Sciences, and am honored to be able to represent them as a student ambassador.
