An experimental course which may be used toward fulfillment of the quantitative foundations requirement in the UK Core curriculum. All proposals must demonstrate that the course has an applications-driven, problem-solving focus, with particular attention to problems of potential ?real-life? relevance. Students should be actively engaged in modeling and problem-solving. Proposals must be approved by the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education.
