An elective seminar in which case studies of significant local, regional, national and international preservation projects will be presented, analyzed and evaluated. Site visits, lectures by preservationists, architects, developers, and agency officials. Case studies will vary each semester, focusing upon preservation projects of current interest, including individual structures, rural and urban preservation, and community preservation planning.
