This course provides students with an opportunity to engage in research and inquiry, which is a critical component of the university's strategic plan. Students will work independently under the guidance of a faculty advisor, allowing them to develop critical thinking skills and gain depth and perspective on emerging research and topics related to leadership in community education and human learning major. Through this independent work, students will also develop effective communication skills and learn about decision-making and ethics related to leadership in the field.
