This executive skills course focuses on transitioning MHA students into the MHA Program and begins the development of skills needed to be a successful healthcare leader. Course activities will require students to complete deep self-reflection to understand individual leadership development needs and develop individual development plans to address those skill gaps and competency attainment feedback.
