Students explore various methods of design research, and conduct research pertaining to emerging design issues and concerns. Students use their research findings to develop a research and programming document related to a self-directed capstone project. Students develop the design opportunity in ID 422 Interiors Studio 8. This course partially satisfies the University's Graduation Composition and Communication Requirement (GCCR).
