Note:
This course will cover the basics of livestock, meat, dairy and equine evaluation, along with oral and written reasons. This course is designed for students that might coach an evaluation team (FFA, 4-H) in their future. Students do not need to have any experience judging.
Intensive study in a unique aspect of animal agriculture not covered in other courses currently offered. May be repeated under a different subtitle two times to a maximum of 8 credits.
