ABT 480-001: CAFE CURES: Publishing a Plant Disease Note. CONTROLLED ENROLLMENT. This Course-Embedded Undergraduate Learning Experience will allow students to conduct independent investigations into emerging plant diseases in Kentucky, identify and confirm the causal agent of disease, and submit a scholarly report for peer-review. Students will utilize diverse disciplines ranging from microbiology, histology, horticulture, genetics, and professional-quality writing to create a piece of original scholarship.
This course focuses on unique and timely topics in Agricultural and Medical Biotechnology. May be repeated under different subtitles for a total of six credits.
