ANT 399 Student Leaders for International Programming in Arts and Sciences

  • 1-3 credit internship course.

Are you looking for a professional development opportunity, resume builder, 300 level A&S credits and the chance to enjoy international community here on campus among friends who are both from abroad and studying languages or cultures?  This may be the internship for you.

  • Apply using the Microsoft Form
    1. Profile.
    2. Interest areas (different projects).
    3. Documents (PPT of yourself + resume).
    4. Your availability for an Interview.
  • We will communicate via your UK email about interviews and later acceptance into the program.
  • According to your interest areas and desired number of credit hours (1-3), we will plot out projects and schedules during the summer break.

** Applicants with Arts and Sciences majors are given priority, though minors will also be considered.
 

A&S 111 Global Engagement for Arts and Sciences

  • 1 credit experiential course (no set class meetings).

Ready to make your college experience global? The Global Engagement Program lets you explore cultures, meet new friends, attend international events and share your global perspective on social media while building skills that look great on a resume. Complete fun activities like festivals, cultural club meetings, interviews and creative projects in one semester to earn a certificate recognizing your commitment to global awareness and intercultural connection. Check-ins during the semester are offered in person and via Zoom with your instructor.

A&S 112 Language/Cultural Exchange

  • 1 credit experiential course (no set class meetings).

Want to meet new people, practice another language and explore campus in a whole new way? The Cultural and Language Exchange pairs you with fellow students for fun meetups, campus adventures and cultural experiences. Check-ins during the semester are offered in person and via Zoom with your instructor.
