Inclusive Excellence

Inclusive Excellence

The College of Arts and Sciences is committed to learning and working environments that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive for all students, staff, and faculty.

As part of this commitment, we embrace all human diversity, as we know our campus is stronger when we recruit, retain, and develop a diverse community. We also work to ensure that our policies, programming, courses, and resources address historical and existing systemic inequities, and we strive to promote a sense of inclusion for everyone, regardless of background or identity.

There is still much more work to be done, and we welcome input from our Arts and Sciences community. We encourage you to share your concerns and ideas with us directly at christia.brown@uky.edu.
