Fall BIO 101 Course

Through a series of lectures and activities, BIO 101 explores the academic paths, careers, opportunities, research, and trends in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Students will be exposed to the diversity of STEM fields and research through lectures led by faculty, expert and professionals in their field. Fun Science activities provide opportunities for the students to engage in hands-on science activities in different STEM fields. The goal is to expose students to a wide range of possible career options, and inspire students to pursue diverse academic paths in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematical fields.
