The clinical elective is a four-week rotation that allows the student to obtain in-depth exposure to patients with a variety of rheumatologic diseases with an expert preceptor(s) at a regional hospital. The student will experience the day-to-day activities of this specialty in the outpatient setting and hospital consults.
