BST 699 provides advanced practice in team science for biostatisticians working in public health or biomedical research. In this hands-on, experiential course, students apply their knowledge of written and oral communication strategies to effectively collaborate with other scientists. This project-based course requires students to collaborate with public health and/or biomedical scientists by soliciting and incorporating domain knowledge to develop appropriate statistical analysis plans, conduct statistical analyses of real data, and present and interpret findings to appropriate audiences.
