Hello all! My name is Joshua Hinton and I am a rising sophomore in the UK BLUE pre-law program! I am double-majoring in English and Political Science, planning on pursuing a law degree after my undergraduate study. I love both my majors, for different reasons: English provides me an opportunity to have discussion-based courses in which the value of language, rhetoric, and speech are highlighted; political science provides me an opportunity to study the significance and rationale of politics, both domestic and international. I am in UK's Cru campus ministry and will be interning for Congressman Barr this summer. Having lived in Lexington my entire life, choosing UK was an easy decision, and one I am very happy that I made! I enjoy reading, playing and watching soccer, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and listening to podcasts in my free time.
