B.A. in History and Adolescence to Young Adult Education, Wilmington College

Prior to my arrival to the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Kentucky (UK), I served as a Pre-Health Professional Academic Advisor in the Ogden College of Science and Engineering at Western Kentucky University.  I began my career in higher education in 2007 and have gained experience in intercollegiate athletics, admissions, financial aid, and academic advising.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, reading, recreation and fitness, and a nice breeze.  I am also an avid sports fan and, through good times and bad, follow the Cincinnati Reds and San Francisco 49ers.

At UK, I advise students who are pursuing a major within the College of Arts and Sciences and, as a secondary role, also advise students who have an interest in the health professions.  Along with advising, during the fall semester, I teach a section of UK 101 (Academic Orientation) which is restricted to A&S students.
