Hi biology learners! My name is Izabel (Izzy) Thomas and I am a Senior studying Human Nutrition on a pre-medical track. I have been obsessed with how diet affects the human body for years now and I am passionate in my understanding that if we were to improve health standards for nutrition and increase the education in the public about the long-term benefits of a healthy diet, the United States would become a more profitable and prosperous country.
