Congratulations, your proposal has been awarded!.....Now what?

Administration of a sponsored project is the joint responsibility of the principal investigator, the A&S Post-Award Administrator, the A&S Business Center Operations Team, and the UK Research Financial Services office (RFS).

The A&S Post-Award Administration will assist you with budget review, maintenance, budget revisions, issues of compliance, budget and/or project extensions and will connect you with the financial IBU which will assist you with procuring supplies, travel arrangements and reimbursements. Remember that although PIs and Post-Award Administrators work very closely with each other, all contractual changes such as time extensions, additional funding, scope of work change, change in PI, rebudgeting when limited by sponsor, etc. must be requested in writing through your A&S College Grant Officer with the Office of Sponsored Programs Administration (OSPA) and agreed to by an authorized signing official of the sponsoring agency in order to be effected.

For all questions after your proposal has been awarded, the Post-Award Administration Staff is responsible for managing proposals that have been funded by a sponsoring agency.
