Travel Grants
The College of Arts & Sciences offers awards for international travel. These awards are for independent travel abroad to specified cities and sites, not for formal programs through Education Abroad. Please complete the travel grant application and return to 311 Patterson Office Tower.
Here are examples of the budget and itinerary that must be included in your application.
1) International Studies majors can travel during Winter Break 2011 to London, Paris, Berlin.

2) Philosophy, History, Political Science, Sociology, International Studies, and Geography majors can learn about the Holocaust summer 2012 by traveling to Germany/Amsterdam and several other cities.

Education Abroad Scholarships
The International Studies Program and Education Abroad have partnered with ISA for scholarships awarded to International Studies majors. These are formal programs which relate to each of the IS major Thematic Concentrations. Five $1000 awards for semester programs and Two $500 awards will be available for summer programs. Scholarships are awarded through the Education Abroad office.
- Applications for Spring semester programs are due October 3, 2011 to Education Abroad.
- Students will be enrolled in ISP 599. This course charges one credit hour of tuition at the student's normal rate (in-state or out-of-state).
