Geography Publication Referenced in New York Times

The New York Times recently published a story in its Travel section on hiking the Cumberland Gap that referenced "Kentucky's Frontier Trails: Warrior's Path, Boone's Trace, and Wilderness Road" by UK professor Karl Raitz. These maps provide a wealth of information on three historic trails that were crucial to America's continuing expansion westward. Nancy O'Malley, Dick Gilbreath and Jeff Levy also contributed to the publication.
