Declaring a Minor
- Get a declaration of minor form from 257 POT or www.uky.edu/AS (click on students; click on forms; click on minor form; download; print)
- Fill out the form with courses that you have taken or plan to take in order to fulfill the minor
- Get a signature from the Director of Undergraduate Studies (Dr. Shaunna L. Scott, 1557 POT, 7-6882, soc247@uky.edu)
- Turn completed and signed form in to 257 POT (College of Arts & Sciences)
