Outstanding Psychology Major Award
The recipient will be given a certificate and $150.00.

Eligibility:

Applicant must be a junior or senior Psychology Major currently enrolled at the UK/Lexington campus.

Application Materials:

• The completed application form.
• A written, typed personal statement of your career goals. Discuss your career preparation including important courses and your involvement in research, service, and/or PSI CHI.
• One piece of typed scholarly writing (e.g., term paper or report of empirical research).
• Letters of recommendation from two faculty members of the Department of Psychology at the University of Kentucky.

• NOTE: The application form is available typically in February, and the application due date is typically in March.

Mary Agnes Gordon Scholarship
The recipient will be given $1000.00.

Eligibility:

Applicant must be a junior or senior, female Psychology Major currently enrolled at the UK/Lexington campus and resident of Kentucky who will return for the next academic year.

Application Materials:

• The completed application form.
• Letters of recommendation from two faculty members of the Department of Psychology at the University of Kentucky.

• NOTE: The application form is available typically in February, and the application due date is typically in March.

Erik Peake Memorial Award
The recipient will be given $1000.00 and a plaque.

Eligibility:

• Applicant must be a graduate or an undergraduate student majoring in psychology who is currently enrolled at the UK/Lexington campus.
