ResearchI serve as a lecturer in the department. As such, my work focuses on teaching undergraduate courses and clinical supervision of graduate students.
Clinically, I am interested in work with both children and adults. I especially enjoy parent training and education, and working with and supervising trainees in addressing issues of self-esteem, eating disorders, sexual orientation, and cognitive-behavioral treatments for anxiety and depression. I also have a strong interest in therapy groups and enjoy supervising a variety of group therapy interventions. In addition to teaching empirically supported treatments, I favor addressing common therapeutic factors and nonspecific therapy skills when supervising students.
