Whether you're a college-bound high school student or already attending a college or university, Army ROTC has scholarships available.  Scholarships are awarded based on a student's merit and grades, not financial need.

Army ROTC Scholarships are valuable in many ways:

• Two, three, and four year scholarship options based on time remaining to complete your degree
• Full tuition and fees scholarship
• Additional $1,200 yearly allowance for books
• UK and all Partnership schools provide free room and board to all four year Army ROTC scholarship recipients

Contracted Cadets also receive a monthly (10 months a year) "Living Allowance".  This stipend is tax free and increases each year you are enrolled in ROTC: $300 per month as a freshman/$350 per month as a sophomore/$450 per month as a junior/$500 per month as a senior.

This allowance is also available to all non-scholarship contracted Cadets enrolled in the Army ROTC program.
