Indian Culture

Indian Culture is an Interdisciplinary Program offered by the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Kentucky. 

The minor in Indian Culture is based upon courses spanning the fields of linguistics, English, anthropology, geography, political science, sociology, and mathematics.  Upon completion of the minor, students will be able to read Sanskrit and possess an understanding of India’s culture and geography as well as its society and politics.  Additionally, students are encouraged take part in a study abroad program in India.
