A&S Class You've Never Heard Of:HIS 206: History of Colonial Latin America: 1492 to 1810

A broad survey of the social, economic, political, and cultural development of Latin America from the 15th century to 1810. Includes analysis of such topics as pre-Columbian societies on the eve of conquest, the Iberian Kingdoms in the Age of Expansion, and the conquest of indigenous cultures of the New World.
