Interim Dean Phil Harling is the executive officer of the college and is the chairperson of the college faculty.  He is supported by two associate deans, Leonidas Bachas (Research and Academic Programs) and Ted Schatzki (Faculty).  Three faculty-led college committees, the Executive Committee, Council of Chairs, and Educational Policy Committee, help the Dean run the college by providing advice and serving as faculty liaisons to the Dean's Office.
